McDonald's in Wernigerode

My initial 4 star rating has now increased from 3 to 1 star rating. Unfortunately, the quality has continued to decline over the past few years. Cold burgers were given out, and things were often forgotten on Mc Drive, but only the Mayo but also for the 4th time in a year citizens ... that doesn't work. But today they shot the bird ... everything was completely cold at first and the 2 Cappu were not only completely cold but also completely without foam ... they had definitely been around for a long time and were not made fresh to order!

Absolutely unfriendly employee at the McDrive. You should have a little communication skills and friendliness when you are in contact with customers. And then when we got home we found that a small order of 2 ice creams and a salad was packed wrongly. But that seems to be common here when you read the reviews.

So we were at the mc drive, got our food, then drove 30 km home. Unfortunately, without checking whether everything was in the order. My son found out that his burger was missing at home. He was completely upset and depressed that he didn't have a burger today. Then I called Mc's to complain, and I got the answer why I hadn't checked myself, I could have done well and they didn't tell me enough The one problem with mc's would be that the staff didn't speak the language but they would give me a burger the next time I visit (which we paid for). Today we wanted to get the burger for our son in addition to another order, because I was told that we were too late. What couldn't be beat in audacity. I have nothing against foreigners, but if you hire people you should at least be able to read numbers. But everyone seems to be hired here, so take yourselves to heart ... either training or new employees.

We were turned away at 8:00 p.m. with three children at the entrance and referred to the MC Drive. According to the notice (simply handwritten note), the opening times were until 8:00 p.m. Flexibility and customer service looks different in my opinion! The employees were very rude towards us. We're definitely used to better MC Donalds. This very bad MC Donalds is hopefully just an exception!

You could only order at the counter, terminals were defective or not available at this time ... otherwise everything was ok ...

Again, no full order but everything was debited.

The staff was friendly and the food ordered was ready immediately. Everything perfect.

So the food was McDonald's, but the service. I have nothing against foreigners, but if you hire people you should at least be able to read numbers, but apparently everyone is hired here. Our waitress gives us food for others several times and our food is then forgotten ... So take your heart ... either further training or new employees

Very friendly and fast service 👍 all employees wear face masks the machines are constantly being disinfected my TS was delicious and the potatoes were hot and I found the new chocolate and strawberry ice creams very tasty leck

Everyone is friendly, orders are processed quickly. Especially at the "meal times" quite full.

We didn't like staying at this McDonald's. Although it wasn't busy, it took a long time until the ice cream and the two coffees were ready. The staff sometimes seemed very unmotivated and not very friendly.

Good McDonald's

I haven't been here for a while, I missed a cake bar, you can pay and eat faster and it's really cozy, especially in the evening, this is a good meeting place for young people and further into the night

I've never eaten so bad at MC Donalds: The Big Mac tasted like rancid fat, the fries were old, cold and tasted like rubber, the hamburgers a dollop of ketchup and a micro pickle. The mayonnaise tasted best. Disgusting. Unfortunately it was MC Drive. No more Mackes in WR.

Back twice because unfortunately not able to pack the right burgers after the first complaint. Out of 9 burgers, 2 were missing on the first attempt and to top it off the second attempt, they packed a wrong one The second star is only due to the pretty cashier at window one
